Changing her usual style for something a little more commercial, Queen Victoria mixed the ‘Pump It: Vol 6’ CD (which hit number 6 in the Aria Compilation Charts) and toured across Australia- playing at venues in Perth, Melbourne, Erina, Brisbane, Tasmania, Darwin, Cairns, Rockhampton, Adelaide, Coffs Harbour, Tasmania, Roma, Mt Isa, Sunshine & Gold Coast. She recently played at three of the biggest and most prestigious festivals in Australia, Stereosonic (Brisbane), Summafieldayze (Gold Coast) & Future Music Festival (Brisbane), and is resident DJ at the Treasury Casino in Brisbane. Her debut single ‘Found My Place’ with UK Vocalist Rae (Defected, Pacha), was released in October on Beatport and has already received airplay on Australian, UK & US radio (reaching #20 on Music Week’s ‘Up Front Club Chart’ in the UK) as well as being featured on shows from trance DJ’s Roger Shah and Myon & Shane 54, Jesse Voorn and on Sister Bliss’ (Faithless) Ministry of Sound Radio Show. With the recent launch of her new Saturday night ‘Aria Club Chart Countdown’ show on Radio Metro, her 2nd track due for release in July, and a European & US Tour later this year, Queen Victoria is definitely a name to watch out for!
